Shipping Policy 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders will be processed within  2-5 business working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends & US/China public holidays). Our products ship directly from our Yiwu, China workshop.

2. Shipping Options to United States

  • Standard US Shipping: Free shipping for orders over $79; flat rate $8 for orders below $79. Estimated delivery: 5–18 business days.

3. Shipping Exclusion

We do NOT ship to PO boxes, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands and other US overseas territories temporarily.

4. Customs & Duty (DDU Rule)

All import duties, customs fees, local tax incurred during US customs clearance shall be borne by the end customer. Clayfor will not be responsible for any customs-related cost or customs detention caused by buyer’s local regulation.

5. Shipping Delay

Natural disaster, airline suspension, customs inspection may cause uncontrollable delivery delay; we will assist tracking but not compensate for delay loss.
